Children’s Check-In System (Birth thru 5th Grade)
Where do I check my child in?
- Nursery — Pre–K: All parents will check-in their children at the computer kiosks at the nursery counter
- Kindergarteners — 5th Graders: All parents will check-in their children at the computer kiosks on the walking track in the Family Life Center (to the right from the main building).
How do I check my child in?
for first time guests:
- Fill out the First-time Guest Information Form here or at the appropriate check-in location.
- Give your completed information form to a check-in attendant.
- You will be given a label nametag for your child and a receipt for you to use when you are picking up your child.
- The check-in attendant will direct you and your child to their appropriate classroom.
for those who've attended before:
- When you approach the computer screen you will need to enter the last four digits of your home phone number. Your family names will appear on the screen.
- Use the touch screen to choose which children you are checking in.
- The printer will print off a label nametag for your child and a receipt for you to use when you are picking up your child.
- Walk your child to their appropriate classroom.
For Kindergarteners — 5th Graders: drop your children off at either set of double doors and a greeter will escort your child to their individual classroom.
When can I check my child into their classroom?
Computers will be available and all classrooms will be open 15 minutes prior to the service.
- 1st Service: Check-In begins at 9:00 a.m.
- 2nd Service: Check-In begins at 10:30 a.m.
How and where do I pick my child after service?
- Nursery: All parents will report back to the nursery with their matching tag.
- 2 year olds — Pre–K: All parents will go directly to their child's classroom and present their receipt in exchange for their child.
- Kindergarteners — 5th Graders: All parents will go directly to their child's classroom that is designated on their nametag by color.
Pick-Up Begins at 10:20 a.m. & 11:50 a.m
How can my family use our fun, exciting and new playground on Sunday morning?
- The playground will open on Sunday mornings from 8 a.m - 12:15 p.m.
- The playground will be available to families before and after all services.
- All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and not left unattended.
- It is the parent's responsibility to get their children to their classrooms on time.
